“BRB App matches its users to private bathrooms that are clean, safe and convenient.”
Think of it as Air BNB, but for bathrooms. The BRB app is the first mobile platform which pairs smartphone users to clean, private and safe bathrooms. The platform is composed of screened users and hosts: the hosts can approve requests to provide access to their bathroom, users get access to clean, comfortable bathrooms across various major cities.
Based on the “dropped pins” inspiration, I created an approachable, fun logo and identity for the company. Locational references were used to build an identity that invites users to feel comfortable and safe while trying to find a “public” bathroom in a big city.
Once the identity had been established, working alongside the founder, we designed an app that looks friendly, is engaging and easy to use .
The app was released in NYC, Winter 2019
